I've had sharp pains right behind my belly today. If I touch it, it's even worse. Sort of feels like someone is back there with a string tied to my belly and, boy, are they tugged at it hard. I've had an unusual streak of not wanting to eat much for at least the past couple of weeks. I'm not sure what it's all about. I love food. Anyway, I've been eating very little lately. Is there anyone in my small audience who found relief from severe PMS symptoms (the mental and emotional type (moody, irritable, depressed, fatigue-y) rather than the physical type (breast tenderness, crampy)) by eliminating coffee (and/or other caffeinated beverages) from their diet.
